We can provide both the recognised standard 'D' profile and also the 'W' profile. Both are available with triple pointed and splayed, pointed and rounded and notched tops. Panels are normally supplied loose for site assembly into 2.75m bays, but can be assembled prior to delivery. They can also be supplied fully welded if required.

Posts are generally 102 x 44 RSJ. However, for a higher security fence 127 x 76 universal beams can be provided. Posts can also be manufactured with base-plates, wall fixings, extensions for barbed wire, cranked to go over walls or bespoke to your requirements.

Fittings

To fix the pales to the rails, two types of fixings are available. Rivets and collars (M6 or M8) for which a fencing rivet gun is required or saddle-head bolts and M8 cone ('snap-off') nuts.

Finishes

Self-colour, hot dip galvanised to BS729, galvanised and polyester powder coated.

Pale Design

Pales are available in 2 profiles, 'D' and 'W' - as illustrated:-

Rails are available in 4 sizes: 40 x 40, 45 x 45, 50 x 50, 65 x 50. Size used is dependent on height of fence and level of security required. Rails are connected via fishplates, through the posts using M12 bolts and M12 cone 'snap-off' nuts.

Gates

Gates can be manufactured to match the fencing from rolled hollow section and are clad with pales to match the fencing. These are usually welded but can be riveted or bolted. Gates can be manufactured to any size generally from 0.9m to 10m wide or to meet customer requirements.

The above specifications are suggested for general purpose palisade fencing and can be changed to suit customer requirements.
