Chain Link Fencing

Chain link fencing is a mesh fence that allows vision through it most often used around tennis courts. Chain link fencing is available in a variety of heights and gauge and the most popular is green plastic coated link of 3.15/2.24mm gauge and galvanized with 3.00mm gauge.

We can also supplier thicker chain link fencing if required. All chain link fencing is fitted onto black bitumen painted angle iron consisting of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle for end, corner and intermediate straining posts which are concreted 600mm into the ground. All other intermediate posts are 50mm x 50mm x 5mm angle and driven into the ground at 2.7m maximum.

Concrete posts of 100mm x 100mm can also be used, concreted 600mm into the ground. We can also provide single or double gates of any size with angle iron framework clad with a choice of chain link to match the fence. Barb or razor wire can also be fitted to the top of any fence with either a straight or crank top finish post.

Please note that laws govern when and where these can be used and whether warning signs should be displayed. As well as using iron framework it is also possible to use concrete posts to increase the life of the fence if security is more important then aesthetics.
